Ever heard of Starlotte Dawn Smith? If you haven’t, you may now!

Born in Bay Tree Lakes, Smith and her brother spent their youngest years water-skiing at their parent’s facility, Smith Ski Plantation, located between Harrells Lake and White Lake. Smith was a Champion water-skier but also had a passion for acting and theatre.

Her passion led Smith to spend the past few years acting and recently leading her to serve as executive producer on "La Cucina". Smith however, still spends her summers skiing with her parents at Bay Tree Lakes.
